I have called repeatedly even spoke to a Carl in the sales department who said he would make sure my call was returned the next day. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK!!!! Guess What? No return call they just say they want to make it right, but really they just want to make it appear that they care. I stand by my review AUTO NATION IS A BUNCH OF MONEY HUNGRY CON MEN AND WOMEN WHO WOULD RATHER LIE TO YOU THAN ADMIT THEY WERE WRONG. Trying to charge me over $3000 a transmission that was covered by Ford under the extended warranty. I THANK GOD FOR THE HONEST PEOPLE AT PLANTATION FORD. If the GM had called back I might feel differently, but if you can not find 10 minutes out of a week to call a upset client then you will lose the client. I will never recommend or go to Auto Nation again. If you call the number the operator doesn't answer you select service they disconnect you. If you select sales they always answer hoping to sell you a car. I believe the response is generic they send to anyone who gives them a negative review. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR REPAIRED DO NOT GO TO AUTO NATION. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!!!
