Sean, our service tech is great and he handles our concerns in a timely manner. However, the issue I'm having with my 2021 F-150, is the defective drive side mirror. Since I've purchased the truck back in April 2021, the driver side mirror has been change twice already. I don't know, but the mirror keep getting stuck when open. On 9/9/21 Sean called, stating, the truck is ready for pickup, they had to re-programed the mirror and they're working good now. On 9/10/21 the mirror started doing the same thing again. I send pictures to Sean and said he's going to re-order a new one again. More

Took lease for oil change and tire rotation and two repairs, was unable to get a Shuttle ride home, hubby left work to pick me up. The vehicle wasn’t ready until after 4. I drove in on a Saturday morning to get an oil change and tire rotation done. I was asked if I had an appointment and said I did not have an appointment but when I called yesterday the young lady I spoke to tire rotation done. I was asked if I had an appointment and said I did not have an appointment but when I called yesterday the young lady I spoke to said that you take drive-ins without an appointment and that they would fit me in. That is exactly what happened. I had to wait for roughly 1 1/2 hours which is usually the average time it takes for an oil change and tire rotation. Very pleased with the politeness and the service. Taking your car to a dealership for repairs is always stressful, but Shomari takes a little of that stress away. The service department has been wonderful so far. No one is ever happy about the price tag stressful, but Shomari takes a little of that stress away. The service department has been wonderful so far. But at least the friendliness of Shomari and Anthony makes the tip of the bandage a little less painful. More
