After taking our car into dealership for an oil change when we went to pick it up the bill was 75 dollars when I asked why the bill was that much I was told it is because they had to use full synthetic oi when we went to pick it up the bill was 75 dollars when I asked why the bill was that much I was told it is because they had to use full synthetic oil in it. I am not opposed to using full synthetic I am upset with the fact that when we purchased the vehicle brand new we also bought a maintenance plan and I am just wondering why all of those oil changes synthetic blend oil was good enough only when I am now paying they switched me over to this and didn't bother to even tell me instead let it be a surprise to me when picking the car up. This is not how maintenance should be done. More

Jim is always very personable, he listens to wait it is I am worried about , confirms he has a plan and makes sure I get the right technician to do the best job. Brought truck in for front end alignment, service adviser was courteous and called me when truck was complete.
