This place makes promises and doesn't deliver. I have a service plan that includes oil changes that are prepaid. They charged me for my last oil change while also using the prepaid oil change on my plan. T service plan that includes oil changes that are prepaid. This is in addition to previous blunders in not checking VINs to verify the correct vehicle... Assuming a 2019 Blue flex is the same as a 2009 white Flex. More
