I brought my 17 Ford Escape in for a front end alignment and rotate the tires along plus I had a slow leak in 1 tire with oil change, Andrew said the tech told him he couldn't do the rotation or fix the fla and rotate the tires along plus I had a slow leak in 1 tire with oil change, Andrew said the tech told him he couldn't do the rotation or fix the flat because my tread was too low so of course they couldn't do the alignment either. My tread isn't even rubbing the tread bars which means I have tread. I guess they thought I was going to buy tires from them, I bought my 07 Mustang GT from here 15 years ago today, never had a problem but I'll never be back! More

I felt that the only important thing was to collect all absurd fees such as diagnostic fees of $ 60 for each for two broken door handles that were obviously broken and were part of the reason I took my car absurd fees such as diagnostic fees of $ 60 for each for two broken door handles that were obviously broken and were part of the reason I took my car for service, that on top of the $ 350 plus charged to change those handles. When I asked why they were charging me $ 120 for something so obvious to the naked eye, I was told by my service agent "I do not make the rules". I felt that I was there not to have my car serviced but to be skimmed out of every dollar. They even charged $ 60 for "Disposable fees". that is to dispose of a window switch, the two plastics door handles and the oil and filter of an oil change for which they charged me over $ 50. Then I remember why I had stopped taking my car for dealer service. I had over $ 145 in Ford points that had to be applied to my bill and they were not applied even though I asked for it. I could not be any further disappointed. More
