My tread isn't even rubbing the tread bars which means I have tread. I guess they thought I was going to buy tires from them, I bought my 07 Mustang GT from here 15 years ago today, never had a problem but I'll never be back! More

When I asked why they were charging me $ 120 for something so obvious to the naked eye, I was told by my service agent "I do not make the rules". I felt that I was there not to have my car serviced but to be skimmed out of every dollar. They even charged $ 60 for "Disposable fees". that is to dispose of a window switch, the two plastics door handles and the oil and filter of an oil change for which they charged me over $ 50. Then I remember why I had stopped taking my car for dealer service. I had over $ 145 in Ford points that had to be applied to my bill and they were not applied even though I asked for it. I could not be any further disappointed. More
