The service advisor was great. The rest of the experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. I waited patientl experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. I waited patiently after being told by another advisor that he would arrive shortly. Ultimately someone with more experience recognized I was waiting for an adviser that wasn’t expected and about 7:30 started working with me. I waited for the routine maintenance to be done. When the works was completed the entire network was down. I waited for a while to pay. I finally gave up. More

The 2001 Ford Aerostar towed in for service is my wheelchair van. Even though it needed parts ordered for service, the Service Writer Shomari was excellent in keeping me informed on the status, had t wheelchair van. Even though it needed parts ordered for service, the Service Writer Shomari was excellent in keeping me informed on the status, had the van ready in time for a medical appointment later in the week and had it brought back for an adjustment when I head an odd noise when I picked it up.
