New truck in service for a week! 3 days after purchasing my 2019 $60K vehicle, multiple sensors on it failed all at once. I called the next day and was told to come in so they could check it out. Went in the next morning and without checking it out I was told I had to make an appointment. Took the vehicle in at 7:00 for my appointment and at 3 PM they called to tell me they hadn't gotten to it yet and it would be another day. The next day (Friday) they called to say they had to order tire pressure sensors (WHAT?) and had to wait for those to recalibrate my collision camera. A WEEK later they called to tell me it was done...dropped off my loaner and waited for my truck..15 minutes later I asked someone what was going on and they said "Its ready, you just have to get your keys". It was returned filthy and had bird excrement all over the hood, they gave me a car wash voucher. Nice. I went in and asked to talk to my salesman (who never seemed to be there) and then asked for Chris the sales manager, a nice guy, and he previously assured me they would take care of me, I wanted to explain how poorly a new customer had been treated. Chris took my name and number and promised to follow up with me. NEVER heard a word. You might get a good sale, but NEVER expect any customer service from these people, and GOD HELP YOU if you have to have your vehicle serviced with them. I got a great deal but was treated like sh!t once they got their $. I plan to tell EVERYONE More
Disrespectful. Horrible workmanship. I took my Focus ST in to get a recall notice checked and fixed. They kept my car for a day and a half. As soon as my car pulled up I noticed my front plate had been somehow damaged and was literally hanging half off. As I drove it home I noticed there was an intense and loud screeching sound as I rolled the passenger side window down!! And on top of that, now there is an ongoing ‘squealing’ sound coming from the a/c unit which gets much louder as you turn the fan up. I thought it was so weird these issues came up all of a sudden because all Ford did was fix 1 of 2 of the recalls which was repairing a latch on the hatch. I called Autonation Ford, spoke to a couple people, including one of the bosses of the service department I believe was Mike, who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mike didn’t even allow me to finish speaking before cutting me off multiple times as I was trying to explain my concerns. Instead of offering to take a look at my car again for the damages they caused, he told me none of those issues correlate with what they looked at. Which I agree, they don’t, BUT THAT IS THE ISSUE. And I understand people calling and trying to get repairs on issues they already had on their cars which is why they must have to be cautious about that. But when I was asked if my vehicle had any other damages or things that needed repaired at Autonation Ford I told them no because that was the case. And once I picked it up they didn’t notify me of any other repairs that needed to be done after they looked at it. I also called them to notify them of these new issues just a couple days after I noticed everything. It’s just a shame that they’re not willing to stand by their work along with their mistakes and take care of their customers the best way. More

It’s a FORD escape) or what I was told when I asked how much longer it would be (“you can go home”) no let’s just jump into what is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a professional environment - And I’m a waitress.After being belittled because I didn’t know how the things on my mothers car work (that’s why we go to a f****** shop) I was told “it’s ok I wouldn’t expect a cute little thing to know anything about engines” I then learned that this shop doesn’t employ a female mechanic (not that big a deal if your service management didn’t treat female customers like inferiors I understand it’s a male dominated industry but seriously not one?) I can only imagine how the female employs are treated. It’s 2019 get your s*** together. You’ll be lucky if I don’t go to a news station with this s*** . Dear Autonation ford I’ll be letting every site and review forum know exactly how awful you treat your female customers and I can only assume staff. Don’t get me wrong I don’t blame the staff - they just work there. I blame management for doing such a SUPER DUPER job at running a business (sarcasm). More
Horrible Service Department I took my 2013 Ford F350 in for service on Friday, Nov 23rd. The Service Adviser never called me; every time, I had to initiate a call, then eventuall I took my 2013 Ford F350 in for service on Friday, Nov 23rd. The Service Adviser never called me; every time, I had to initiate a call, then eventually get a callback. This no-call/call/callback happened Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. Finally, on Tuesday, the Service Adviser told me the extended warranty (that I purchased from AutoNation, mind you) was not going to cover the repairs needed; so, I authorized the repair for the $1,200. The Service Manager called me Tuesday to ask how it was going and I told him about no-call/call/callback frustration I was experiencing and he prompted the Service Adviser to call me on both Wednesday and Thursday…just to tell me they were waiting on parts. I was finally informed, by the Service Adviser, that the vehicle should be ready on Friday, Nov 30th. I called and left messages twice on Friday, and no one called back; same on Saturday...no call back. I wonder If I'm ever going to get my truck back. Very Frustrated at this point! More

After numerous calls where no one answered or returned my message someone finally answered. They mentioned the vehicle would take longer to fix and they never should have said it would only take one day but would be ready the next day. After not getting a hold of anyone and no ok ne calling for three days I finally got through to find that the truck still wasn't ready but would be that afternoon. They conveniently delivered the vehicle to my home so I didnt have to arrange picking it up. When I woke the next morning there was a huge oil spit and my tire was almost flat. At this point I became incredibly frustrated. I called and complained and after some convincing allowed them to pick up my vehicle and perform the necessary repairs and they even dropped off a loaner car. I was at work while all this occurred but when I came home the loaner car was locked with no keys. Now as I own other vehicles I didn't think much of it since I didnt need it but after a fee days and hearing my truck was finally fixed I asked where the key might be. They informed me the tech had forgot to leave it. I then told then I would be headed to pick up my vehicle and by the time I got home to have their car off our property or we have it towed. Upon arrival I stood in line il nly to hear of two other customers with similar issues and just as frustrated as myself. It is a shame they appear to be so incompetent as I have purchased over 30 vehicles from them over the years but will have to take future purchases elsewhere. My advice, answer your phone, communicate with your customers and follow through. Just seems like a lack of management and customer service. More
Incompetent - Wasted a whole day and nothing was done I scheduled an appointment to take care of 2 services covered by warranty under the "Customer Satisfaction Program". I was told my car wouldn't have to be kept overnight and could be done in the day. I received an email confirmation with the 2 services to be done, made arrangements to get my car there, get a ride back, and a ride to pick the car up, which includes balancing my job, and getting my kids to and from their schools. So, a lot of planning went in to the scheduled day! When I got there at 7:15 a.m. someone checked in the vehicle, couldn't find record of it at first, then found it. I talked with him about the 2 services so thought I was good to go. I got a call about 1:00 explaining one service wasn't covered under warranty because of where the fabric was ripped and I would need a whole new door panel. Okay, bummer, and I didn't want to pay for that. So, I asked about the other service, and was told there wasn't another service scheduled. I explained I had the email confirmation with both services, and that I brought my car in for both services. He apologized, but said the tech didn't know that was scheduled and that he went to lunch. By the time he got back, he couldn't promise my car would be done by the end of the day and could it be left overnight. No, it couldn't because I planned for one day without a car, and was told it could get done in a day. So, I did get an apology, but was told I would have to reschedule. When I pushed it a bit, there was only an apology. So, who is to blame I don't know, but clearly an incompetent set up if this is how it works. And no offer to get another tech working on it to get it done that day, no offer to solve the problem in any other way. Just...sorry. So, a whole day was wasted and NOTHING was done to my car. I was going to call back to talk to the service manager, but decided not to because I don't want to take my car back there. This is where I bought my car! I guess they don't need my business. More
Charged for diagnostic work!! Never agreed to! We brought vehicle in for ongoing recall/ warranty issues and were very clear on multiple occasions that we didn't want any additional services. We were told that the ongoing issue was "fine" (service rep made my wife cry) but that nearly $2,000 worth of work was needed. We reminded them for about the 4th time we wanted no work done as we have a friend/mechanic that does our ongoing maintenance. My wife even called back to make sure there were no charges and Matt in seevice never returned her call. Upon arriving, we were confronted with a $329 bill for diagnostic work...even thought no work was done and no services were completed. My vehicle/keys were held hostage and the only way to get my car back was to ransome a reduced price of $256. We were trying to trade this vehicle in for a new car and the dealer lost all future business over a simple courtesy. In addition, I have made multiple attempts to reach any level of management including the General Manager and have received nothing in return. Stay away from the service department. The manager looked me in the eye and lied to me. More

Extremely Poor Service! We Brought out truck in to be repaired and was lied to from day one. They had the truck for over a week before they even submitted a warranty issue to We Brought out truck in to be repaired and was lied to from day one. They sent us over to Heartz for a rental car that we were told they would pay they never did and stuck us with a bill Over $2000 due to the fact they had the truck for over three weeks! To top it off they told us they could not fix the truck that they just sold to us brand new $90k truck that now has the Death Wobble and cant be driven due to the fact it loses complete control out of nowhere at highway speeds they told us to pick it up and said nothing they could do for us. The only thing they did is make the truck worse and refuse to pay for the rental. Their General Manager is a real piece of work. When speaking to him about my concerns he told me he could care less because this is fords problem not his. I explained to him that he sold us the truck not ford. He told me he would not Speak to me and to stop acting mature and to act like a man and deal with the problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life have I been so disrespected! So end result is I'm out Well over $90,000 on the truck and out another $2000 on the rental! There excuse for not paying the rental was that they don't Work with Heartz!!! Yet they are the ones that recommended them to me know they would pick up the tab and even directed me there. Service manager told me that even though his service adviser made that mistake it was not his responsibility. They have lied to me over and over. When we purchased the truck they lost our checks twice and double charged us on tax because they did not verify what part of the county we lived in. They ignored me for over three months they waited almost for to even send us a check for the difference. We have called multiple times asking for a itemized list of what they did and every time we call the receptionist is extremely nasty to us say she knows who we are yet refuses to give us her name. Now when we call the wont even pick up and transfers the call to other dealerships and their collision center. When they had our truck the service department refused to pick up their phone which caused us to drive from Castle Rock to the dealership to get any update! More
