Another confirmation of the level of service at AutoNation? I have attempted to call and speak with the General Manager at the given phone number to discuss my issue. I was greeted by the automated phone tree. I pressed the prompt to speak with someone and was redirected to another phone tree giving me the same prompts. Pressing any of the prompts took me right back to the beginning of the phone tree. After three attempts, I decided to "stay on the line" to hold for Operator assistance until the system eventually hung up on me. Perhaps this is a joke phone number for customer issues.

Very poor service center work -inexperienced tech can’t find electrical problem then charges to replace a perfectly good part that was not causing the problem. Had to bring it back. Second tech found electrical problem. Management offers partial refund that does not include $40 in additional tax not to mention the inconvenience it caused me.
