My last two visits have been disappointing at best. Customer service and follow-up lacking. I even recently called to schedule a brake service and was told someone would call me back to schedule. Kevin Moczo was amazing! I thought I had a tire rim that was damaged that was brought to my attention by Discount Tire when rotating my tires. Kevin and his master mechanic inspected my truck, but didn't fi was damaged that was brought to my attention by Discount Tire when rotating my tires. He assured me there was nothing wrong with my F-150, which gave me peace of mind, because I was going to take a long trip to Florida. Thanks Kevin!!! More
Samantha was great to work with and knowledgeable. My visit was for a 7,500 mile scheduled maintenance. The only downside was having to wait 2+ hours for the oil change and tire rotation...and that was visit was for a 7,500 mile scheduled maintenance. Less than honest service department. While trying to make a service appointment by phone for recall 21S31, I was told my vehicle was not under this safety recall. When asked for this in writing. My req make a service appointment by phone for recall 21S31, I was told my vehicle was not under this safety recall. When asked for this in writing. My request for written confirmation was ignored and my request was not answered. When the letter from Ford was received saying my vehicle was indeed part of the recall, I took it back in to AutoNation and was told it was part of the recall but they could not do the work because they "did not have a welder". AutoNation did sell me an oil change instead of providing service for the the safety recall. I went to another Ford dealership that acknowledged the recall for my vehicle, confirmed the safety issue, and will perform this critical safety repair. More
We had my car towed to ford castle rock and they were super mean. Would not even look at my car. The next day, we had it towed to Autonation and not the boy are their customer service skills great but t super mean. Would not even look at my car. Very poor service center work -inexperienced tech can’t find electrical problem then charges to replace a perfectly good part that was not causing the problem. Had to bring it back.
