I had a great experience with AutoNation Littleton Ford. I went in for one of my prepaid maintenance services that I had gotten at the time of my vehicle purchase and everything was done in a timely manner I went in for one of my prepaid maintenance services that I had gotten at the time of my vehicle purchase and everything was done in a timely manner, very little waiting time to get the process going and the job was done in less time that was said it would take. I'll be sure to return to this AutoNation Dealership in the future. More
Helpful service. I called in and spoke with a service person on the desk due to being late caused by an accident on the C470. She was great and made sure they accommodated the situation. My service rep was professional and efficient when I arrived. I asked the reception person while the truck was being worked on if she knew if anyone could assist with Ford points and the app since I bought the truck there and have serviced it there and I had never received them. Two sales people offered to help and ultimately got Christina Maulin. When the service was done she helped set up the app again and is looking into if points can be applied to my account retroactively. Additionally I was asking about recalls and the service manager took me in his office, pulled the recalls up on his computer and explained how these Ford recall's work "if there are problems" then Ford will fix them but they may not show up and no fix is needed. He explained what could potentially happen and if I observe these issues please bring the truck in. More
Service-writer Josh is very knowledgeable and helpful. While it was looked at later than I would have liked, Josh got my truck back as soon as he possibly could, which was greatly appreciated. More

Kevin Moczo, my Service Advisor, was very professional in providing excellent customer service as was your shuttle service! Seem to be short on maintenance techs as I was in there for a safety recall notice providing excellent customer service as was your shuttle service! Seem to be short on maintenance techs as I was in there for a safety recall notice that should have been completed in one day but took two! Also, your phone system is not user friendly - easy to get lost in and difficult to get to a "live" person! More
