The loaner coordinator, service managers and advisors were of no help in getting a repair scheduled for one of our company vehicles. It took a month to get an appointment scheduled and the only way I was able to do that was to have the corporate customer support assist me. I am completely dissatisfied with this business. More
I took my 2021 Ford F150 to Autonation Ford Littleton to check the floor insulation, as it is a current recall for inspection. My experience was great! They made an appointment for me three days out. I was there on time; Kevin was there to meet me. I walked to the showroom and had a great time looking at the new Mustangs. I set and had a cup of coffee. Very disappointing experience. I had some factory warranty work scheduled over two months in advance. Dropped off the vehicle the night before the date the work had been schedule I had some factory warranty work scheduled over two months in advance. Dropped off the vehicle the night before the date the work had been scheduled. On terminal hold to get an update the next day so I drove into the dealership to get an update. A service writer (Mark) said I got the date wrong. Showed the email that I was correct, no apology, only a "I don't know how long it will take, maybe 4 days but should be 2 days". I asked "whats the point of making a reservation two months in advance if you won't even begin the work on the day scheduled?" Later that day got an email text from Samantha saying text of call to get updates. Then later that day got a call from Mark saying sorry it will be 4 days. I asked if there was a rental or a loner, answer was no. Five days went by, I texted or called Samantha at the number provided daily for 5 days, no answer or update. Called the dealership and told by Tanya it should be done today and if you just would have asked we had a loner for you. Tanya said when I pick it up tonight to see her so she can make it right for next time. Picked up the car from Mark, Tanya was gone for the day. Mark asked how my experience was. I said "pretty bad to be honest." He said "that being the case, when you get the email review review if you could please ignore that would be appreciated because its how we get paid". I laughed. Only complaint is after servicing vehicle they don't wash outside/vacuum interior. Switched from bmw for service to Ford when I purchased more of a family car, missed picking up a clean car. Honestly; if it wasn’t for my service advisor I’d run away and never come back. I’ve had two different appointments to get my car done. First time it was in the shop for days with no offer of a loaner wh away and never come back. I’ve had two different appointments to get my car done. First time it was in the shop for days with no offer of a loaner while offered a shuttle I made another appointment months after when I arrived I was treated by the porter and my service advisor was gracious enough to take me even though all the others avoided me like the plague. My advisor ran around the shop looking for a airbag for me and she had my car done earlier than promised! No attempt to up sell or anything just got the job done! Thank you Samantha! More
