Let me start by saying I understand staffing shortage and that this will extend time needed to perform service. With that being said this was the worse service appointment I have ever had. Could not produc that this will extend time needed to perform service. With that being said this was the worse service appointment I have ever had. Could not produce paperwork for the work that was performed on my vehicle. Also they did not check my tire pressure, front tires were low and back tires were over inflated. I had to stop and put air in my tires after a service but the rear tires were ready to explode. Called and told them the issue and I was informed the service manager would call me back, that never happened. Had to stop back in to have the pressure in my tires set correctly. Just a day or so later I got notice that my windshield fluid was low so it looks like they did not bother to top off any of my fluids. Hoping they actually did the oil change I paid the for but doubting that now as well. And the final kicker is I guess they can't even bother to run your car through a was before they give it back to you. Clearly the ability to provide the service that they promise is lacking more than the lack of staff. Hoping they can get this figure out sooner rather than later More

There was a small miscommunication with the timeline is repairs but they still did a wonderful job. Shawn called a couple different times to keep me updated, and Adam was wonderful in getting me the best d repairs but they still did a wonderful job. The service was terrible and I will not go back again. It started with our car engine light coming on. We made an appointment and took the car in. We were told that the appointment is not to look at the car but just to set-up time to talk to a service rep. The service rep said it would probably take a week or more to get to look at the car. But he would check tomorrow as it was late in the day and the techs had gone home. I called the next day but could not get through but kept getting put on hold. I called the next day and finally got through. They said I needed a new engine. The Escape is less than 5 years old and less than 43,000 miles but it still needed an engine. I was told the engine would be in on Monday and done on Friday. I was concerned about what a new engine would do to the value of the car so I went into the sales department to talk to them. I was told it would not affect the value. But I ask for an appraisal. The salesman said he would get back to me but he never did. So the following week I called three times but could not get through but was put on hold. Finally I went in on Thursday and was told the car would be ready on Friday. But on Friday I went in and the car was not ready. I was told instead that they could not get the engine because they were on part credit hold. I called another dealer and they could get the engine the next day. Autonation told me that they did not know when they would get an engine. But then a week later they called and said the car was done. They obviously don't know what is going on. The customer service was terrible. I will not go back to that dealer again. I guess is that they will be out of business in a year. More
