I took my truck in for an oil change and to replace a bad battery...ended up spending $1600 because the service advisor told me my mileage was 59K and needed the 60K service. I should have checked my mileage battery...ended up spending $1600 because the service advisor told me my mileage was 59K and needed the 60K service. I should have checked my mileage before I left the truck because it was only 54,600-ish. It could have been an honest mistake and simple misread of the mileage, but I hope at 60K miles they don't try to resell me the 60K service. More

From the moment I pulled into the Service bay I was warmly welcomed by a Service Representative. Travis took time to answer a few questions I had about my Ford F-150. I was in need of a front end licen warmly welcomed by a Service Representative. Travis took time to answer a few questions I had about my Ford F-150. I was in need of a front end license plate assembly and he walked me to the Parts Dept and introduced me to the associate. My time at the shop was very pleasant. More

john watt in service is great to deal with, knowledgeable, honest. Not his fault when body shop gets wrong hood or doesn't hook up my windshield washers right. While it was understandable that it took some time to get my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the my vehicle fixed (it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car back) the communication was terrible. We had to initiate every contact to get updates on the car and frequently did not receive calls back. Sometimes we received a text message with an update but, again, we initiated the first text. The only person who was extremely helpful was the operator who answered the direct number. This was a disappointing experience and I just recommend that this department do a better job with communication. More
