My experience in purchasing my car from the dealership was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at a specified time and get there only to be told that it will be 90 minutes before the service is complete. When it was past the 90 minute mark, I checked with them about the status and was told it would be another 15 minutes. That is almost two hours for a routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. I could have gone to Grease monkey and got a much faster service for the same work done. Very disappointed. More

Although personnel very friendly, the main thing we asked to be done on our Ford 250 before heading to Alaska was a tire rotation in addition to tune up! We knew because the slow leak on the right front tire continues to be in that place. When calling to report, 1000 miles later they again, very nicely realized “they couldn’t confirm that it was done” and did refund that charge. Not a great first time experience! More
