I had a good experience with the service department; mainly because Ms. Tonya was lively and helpful in getting a rental car. I had a drive belt and AC belt replaced , Made an appointment for this easy job. I dropped my auto off the day before so i was way on time for my next day appointment , it took them ALL DAY to do the appointment for this easy job. F 150 was locked into traction control. I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. This delay cost me about $2,000.00 to fly for a previously booked vac I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks.
