In for a total of 16 days, excluding Sundays attempting to download BlueCruise. I followed activity on my phone. Multiple days the car was not touched although assured the tech was working on it. Car put to download BlueCruise. I followed activity on my phone. Multiple days the car was not touched although assured the tech was working on it. Car put on charger on a Saturday. I stopped the charge at 95%. It was put on the charger again and charged to 100%. I asked why and was told it was necessary to complete download and install. The tech instructions were left in my car. Instructions stated to charge to at least 80%. These batteries are not to be charged to 100% and left to sit for days. I insisted the car be returned to me. I picked it up and found that the "frunk" had not been replaced. Had to take the car back. Communication was poor. I was a pest. The person arranging the loaner went out of her way to help. More

The entire experience didn’t go well. Adam assured me things would be better the next time I came into the dealership.
