Took 2 months to get appointment for recall, 3 trips to complete recall and 2 months to repair leather damage caused by technician. Charged for alignment caused by recall. Returned car the same day as c complete recall and 2 months to repair leather damage caused by technician. Charged for alignment caused by recall. Returned car the same day as car was out of alignment after "fix." Alignment was comped for the inconvenience. Service Rep, Travis Boling, was friendly and prompt with texts for check-in/check-out but slow to respond to numerous calls & emails. The Service Manager was terse and unapologetic when called out to see leather damage. The Service Rep who checked the car out 3 times (after 6:00pm) acted bothered and rushed - each time, he handed the keys over and pointed to the back door. Plastic seat covers, paper floor mat and tag number left in the car every single time. The last Service Rep while Travis was out was courteous and had a sense of urgency to get the leather repair scheduled. More
