I dropped it off on Tuesday; they didn't even look at it until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they k until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they kept my car all of that time, didn't return my phone calls throughout that time, and only called to tell me they couldn't fix it four days later. Terrible experience. I will never go back to them despite them being so convenient. More

Poor communication from the service department from the start. Was told my repair would be an ‘all day’ job. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be 3-4 days. Adam was super helpful, I genuinely felt he was concerned as I was about my issues. He kept in contact with me and when he wasn’t able to he had other employees take care of me.
