I was involved in a car accident and took my vehicle to their dealership for repairs. They painted both the front and bumper of my car, and while it looked fine at first, the paint they used turned out to their dealership for repairs. Over the years, the paint has been pealed off, and now the condition is terrible. They may have cut corners by using cheap paint. More

I was able to resolve two concerns, where one was a recall, on my 2022 Transit, in one visit where Groove Ford could not in more than 3 visits. I finally gave up on Groove Arapahoe. Littleton ford on broadway, Has a young guy at the service desk named Ethan. He explained the recall repair needed to order parts , which was understandable . Distributors are slow for everyone. He called to inform me of the ETA to the best of his knowledge ,they kept my ford maverick for about a week . I was fine with that. He called before the parts arrived, also during the waiting period , and also again when all the repairs were done. I picked it up , He explained all the recalls that were done .. great employee. Had a bad experience with Autonation Ford. I took my F150 in for a turbo leak. They told me I need to do both turbos and they would need my car for 2 or 3 days after getting the parts. This oc I took my F150 in for a turbo leak. They told me I need to do both turbos and they would need my car for 2 or 3 days after getting the parts. This occurred in December, 2021. Approximately 2 hours of receiving the call they would need to keep it for 3 days, they called and said my truck was done, $2,000 plus was the total on the ticket. I could not believe it was done and didn't think they fixed it then. I gave them a bad review then. My turbos are still leaking antifreeze and they are saying too bad so sad, out of warranty. Not a happy AutoNation customer. The vehicle made it 110,000 miles for the first leak and 20,000 for the second leak. $2,000 for basically all labor, parts were minimal. Be aware. Been a Ford guy all my life, my Dad spent 40 to 50 years in the industry, this is by far the worst experience I've had with Ford. I will never change what I drive but will never go back to AutoNation Ford. More
