I took my truck in with a battery/charging system light randomly coming on. After they tested the battery an alternator they said they would need to do a more detailed diagnostic so they would need to keep randomly coming on. I called to check on the progress 4 (working) days later and said that they did not know the tech that did the type of diagnostic had been out and no one has had a chance to look at my truck yet! They said I could leave my truck with them for a few more days or reschedule more time at a different date. So after having my truck for 4 days and a weekend they had done nothing but check the battery and alternator and I was no closer to having the issue fixed then when I brought it in. When I picked up the truck it seemed like they didn’t even know where it was and after they finally gave it back to me they did not even apologize for any inconvenience this had caused me. Very frustrating situation all together! More

Kimberly Schmidt was professional, quick in follow-up, provided great customer service, and even sacrificed personal time to communicate, meet me at the dealership on her normally scheduled day off, and even personally worked with my auto transport carrier to ship my car to me. Kimberly recovered well for AutoNation Ford, Littleton, and even created a sense of trust in me for their dealership, this after I told myself that I would not do business with them following my first experience with the dealership online. Had some warranty and general maintenance work done. I have been very pleased with this dealership in the past, but this visit was not as impressive. I had 2 recall items to be addressed, but they only ad have been very pleased with this dealership in the past, but this visit was not as impressive. I had 2 recall items to be addressed, but they only addressed one. I have had to schedule another appointment for the second one. The communication was terrible. I understand that staffing is a challenge right now, but they never answer the phone and did not call me back. The work took an extra day and I did not get a phone call until mid day the following day. Super frustrating. More
I was very happy with my overall buying experience at AutoNation Ford Littleton. I ordered an F150 with all the options the way I wanted it. Just as the vehicle was being picked up for production I changed my mind on the color and a few options. I thought it was too late, but my salesman got the changes pushed through and to my surprise it arrived with all my requested options. Also during the final purchasing process I thought I was going to have to wait to drive the truck home because my bank had already closed. The finance guy was able to match my bank's rate so we could get everything done that afternoon and I drove my new truck home which was great. And finally the salesman did a great job walking me through all the features and got me set up with the Ford app. A couple opportunities for improvement were the dealership misplaced my original order paperwork when I went to pick up my vehicle, but luckily I still had mine. Also the status updates on my order (especially the arrival date) could have been better to help me plan with selling my old truck, but overall it arrived pretty much as expected. Overall the dealership did a great job. More
Everyone we interacted with was great. Both of the sales reps were extremely helpful and with us travelling out of State they were able to get the truck certified and us on the road in no time.
