My last two visits have been very unsatisfactory. Went in for an oil change and the service department tried to sell me $1700 in additional unnecessary services. My recent experience was even worse. Had two episodes with it being totally drained within 30 days The battery is only 15 months old and was purchased through another Ford dealership. This is the third battery in five years to go bad. I pointed out a recall notice that I received in September 2021 for a potential faulty fan relay switch that could leave a battery drained. I asked for an appointment to replace the switch and for a new battery under the Ford product warranty. Was denied the recall service and the warranty replacement because they said both switch and battery checked out fine. They were unable to explain adequately what else would cause a battery to drain. Said my only option was to purchase a new battery! 😠 More
Long story but the truck I purchased 2 months ago is in the shop with a major repair. I purchased the warranty without looking more into it and the coverage is a absolute joke. At the end of the day this is my fault for getting suckered into buying the warranty but when you are told its a bumper to bumper warranty that is completely deceiving. I attempted to use the service center there and luckily had enough for site to get it out of there before it turned into a xxxx show. The fellow that sold me the car was great and a manager by the name of Justen was also great. Its unfortunate because the reason I went here is because of my terrible experiences with omera ford and unfortunately I have seen not much of a difference here = / More
They do good work, but they are tough to get a hold of. Getting calls back or getting a live person is super challenging. Also, appointments for even an oil change are booked months out. Plan ahead! I took my truck in for an oil change and to replace a bad battery...ended up spending $1600 because the service advisor told me my mileage was 59K and needed the 60K service. I should have checked my mileage battery...ended up spending $1600 because the service advisor told me my mileage was 59K and needed the 60K service. I should have checked my mileage before I left the truck because it was only 54,600-ish. It could have been an honest mistake and simple misread of the mileage, but I hope at 60K miles they don't try to resell me the 60K service. More
