I was able to order a tonneau cover and have it installed prior to my arrival to pickup my new vehicle. I came from out of state to buy my new truck and the buying process went exactly as planned. Even the experience in the finance department was exceptional! No bait and switch the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted. I'm very happy with my purchase! I highly recommend Kimberly Schmidt! I have always had good service from this dealership in the past however, this time I had my 2019 F150 in for a recall and asked that they diagnose the reason the my drivers seat will not heat. Samantha (very nice lady) told me that there were 5 modules to check and that just to diagnose the problem it she had to have the truck for FIVE days. You have got to be kidding me. Rediculous More

Service is terrible. I left work to be able to bring my 2018 ford focus ST in for a recall. Just to find out that my car would have to be tested and then get parts ordere I left work to be able to bring my 2018 ford focus ST in for a recall. Just to find out that my car would have to be tested and then get parts ordered and then to get the recall itself done would be 2-3 days doesn’t offer loaners and no rental either. I had this same recall done on my previous vehicle a 2014 Ford Focus ST and had it back the same day from a different dealership. I didn’t continue with my appointment here and called Schomp ford who already has the parts needed for my recall in stock and will have my recall on my car done within the same day. This is not the first time Autonation Ford Littleton had disappointed me with their service department and I will not be returning. More
I left my vehicle on a Monday, 4/4 for an oil leak from the oil pan. I did not receive any communication about what they found or what repairs were being done until the following Monday, 4/11 when I called the oil pan. I did not receive any communication about what they found or what repairs were being done until the following Monday, 4/11 when I called twice before they returned my call and said the vehicle was done. When I picked up the vehicle it had been left out in the weather with the drivers window down and the interior was dirty with water stains for a rain storm. The engine cover had oil hand prints on it and the vehicle still smelled like burning oil. I took it back theme today and they cleaned the oil from the exhaust, which was left from the repair. The service department detailed the car to remove the dirt from the car. I waited 2 hours while that was completed. This is the 3rd time the oil pan has had to be replaced since I bought the FordEdge new in 2018. More
