Although personnel very friendly, the main thing we asked to be done on our Ford 250 before heading to Alaska was a tire rotation in addition to tune up! After convincing us we needed “cleansing system for 3 to be done on our Ford 250 before heading to Alaska was a tire rotation in addition to tune up! After convincing us we needed “cleansing system for 300$ and a change in spark plugs which on this truck is lengthy and expensive, they never did the tire rotation and charged us for it! We knew because the slow leak on the right front tire continues to be in that place. When calling to report, 1000 miles later they again, very nicely realized “they couldn’t confirm that it was done” and did refund that charge. Not a great first time experience! More
