My experience in purchasing my car from the dealership was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at a specified time and get there only to be told that it will be 90 minutes before the service is complete. When it was past the 90 minute mark, I checked with them about the status and was told it would be another 15 minutes. That is almost two hours for a routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. I could have gone to Grease monkey and got a much faster service for the same work done. Very disappointed. More

Well the first sales man I dealt with was ok and help full the 2nd guy wasn’t really. I bought a used truck it needed a small repair before I could take it the first salesperson called me at the end of t full the 2nd guy wasn’t really. I bought a used truck it needed a small repair before I could take it the first salesperson called me at the end of the day that nothing had been done to the truck maybe the next day it would be ready and that he would be off so the next day I didn’t get no updates through out the day from nobody else I had to call a few different numbers to get in touch with someone about my truck and finally someone was able to tell me not ready that day either and no timeframe was given to me 5 minutes after we hang up the 2nd salesman finally calls me back that’s ready when no went to pick it up he didn’t even come outside to turn over my truck he sent another salesperson and I still have no time line on the other part that my truck needs More

Terrible customer service due to terrible management. I was gonna buy a BMW 5 series and they wouldn’t allow the sales rep to bring it so I could look it over.
