I had a drive belt and AC belt replaced , Made an appointment for this easy job. I dropped my auto off the day before so i was way on time for my next day appointment , it took them ALL DAY to do the appointment for this easy job. I dropped my auto off the day before so i was way on time for my next day appointment , it took them ALL DAY to do the work, I tried to call for status updates and they would never call me back. very poor customer service, would never recommend their service dept. funny thing is , I was thinking about trading my F150 in for a F 250 and was going to look once my "quick" service was done......but their service dept cost them that sale! More

F 150 was locked into traction control. I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. This delay cost me about $2,000.00 to fly for a previously booked vac I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. This delay cost me about $2,000.00 to fly for a previously booked vacation. When I returned 2 1/2 weeks later, I was told there was nothing wrong. AuitoNation had not called me to tell me there was nothing wrong, I had to go there to find out because the service department would not answer the phone. More
