Bad! Had an appointment for an oil change and to have a sensor checked. We left, went down the street and has the oil change done elsewhere within 30 mins. More
Very poor service. Planned on waiting for vehicle for 100k service, and asked to check A/C due to no cool air. Was told that they needed to keep truck due to time required to inspect. Finally received text 4 days later, that issue was found and repair was going to be $1051. I approved work. No communication for 3 days so I texted for an ETA and finally received a response another 3 days after my text that it was ready. I went to pick it up and tech was condescending, paperwork was not complete, bill was $1400 not $1051, no review of work done or of any potential issues, and no apologies for delays. “Here’s your keys, truck is under awning.” I will not return to this dealer. I made an appointment on line for an oil change and tire rotation and waited for it to be done. I also needed some tree sap removed from my hood and windshield. I was refused warranty service for my 2019 Ford Expedition running board unless I bought a new $300 battery. The technician, who would not come to the service desk to explain his finding, require Expedition running board unless I bought a new $300 battery. The technician, who would not come to the service desk to explain his finding, required a new $300+ battery before he would move forward testing a malfunctioning drivers running board. Common sense and a general knowledge of batteries did not seem to come into play. We were without our car for three days to get this finding. The battery was independently tested at two other service centers, including a different ford dealership and found to be a good, fully serviceable battery. Also another ford dealership found the running board simply needed lubrication and is now working properly. They were able to service my vehicle within a half day. In short, as a loyal ford customer with over $100k in ford products sitting on my driveway, we were completely disappointed by auto nation ford’s response to our warranty issue. I asked if I bought a new battery and that didn’t solve the problem, would your service department refund the battery and reinstall my working battery and that was not promised. Honestly the question that begs to be asked.: is it your requirement that something be purchased in order to get reasonable warranty work done? More

I have used the service center sine I purchased my Escape from them. Service is always completed in a timely manner and I have never felt that anyone was trying to up-sale me in any way.
