Friendly, professional and polite customer service; clean and comfortable waiting area; solid and reliable vehicle service. Only reservation is length of time for oil change and tire rotation--1.5 hours a and comfortable waiting area; solid and reliable vehicle service. Only reservation is length of time for oil change and tire rotation--1.5 hours although forecast by customer service, is in my opinion, a little bit longer than 5 star service---1 hour or less strikes me as the more reasonable target service time for a 5 star rating. Poor communication from the service department from the start. Was told my repair would be an ‘all day’ job. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be 3-4 days. Once the timeline was establ start. Was told my repair would be an ‘all day’ job. When I dropped off the vehicle I was told it would be 3-4 days. Once the timeline was established The rep then failed to call and update that the part did not come in and the car wouldn’t be ready on the agreed upon day. More

Adam was super helpful, I genuinely felt he was concerned as I was about my issues. He kept in contact with me and when he wasn’t able to he had other employees take care of me.
