Car was suppose to be in for 2-3 days . On the 6th day I called them. They hadn’t even started working on it. NO CALL, NO UPDATE, NO RESCHEDULE. SPENT $250 on a rental car. I took my Expedition in to for a oil sensor repair and it also had a cracked valve hood. It took a over a month to get the parts. I dropped it off on Tuesday; they didn't even look at it until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they k until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they kept my car all of that time, didn't return my phone calls throughout that time, and only called to tell me they couldn't fix it four days later. Terrible experience. I will never go back to them despite them being so convenient. More
