Very disappointed. Had appointment for only an oil change at 2:30 and did not leave until after hours at 5:30pm. Went in for my usual oil change. Had an 8am appt and I was greeted and helped promptly. Didn't take much time at all and after I found out that they fixed the recall issue when I wa Had an 8am appt and I was greeted and helped promptly. Now I don't have to worry about it and don't need a second appt just for that. More
