We had been looking for a vehicle for months and had visited quite a few dealerships - this was by far the best experience! Luke did a fantastic job navigating us through the sales process and we appre visited quite a few dealerships - this was by far the best experience! Luke did a fantastic job navigating us through the sales process and we appreciated the whole staff getting us out in time for our dinner reservation. Thank you!! More
They have really timely service and approachable staff. You can tell they value their clients over profits, which is really important to me as someone who doesn’t have a wealth of knowledge on cars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!! Bought a used 2016 Ford Focus Titanium for my son, and the previous owner told us there was a recall pending that he had never addresses. We called AutoNation in Littleton, CO and scheduled the recall appointment. It's important to note that we drove in with a with a perfectly functional vehicle, but drove away with something less, (a sluggish vehicle with transmission/shifting/lack of power issues) and on the way home, a warning light came on and the power steering failed. Took it back to AutoNation and was told that I needed a new steering rack and the service dept failed to acknowledge responsibility for the failure and they presented me with a estimate of approx $5,600 to fix it. While the vehicle was in the possession of AutoNation, incorrect software was uploaded which cause a complete shutdown of the vehicle and it took 4 days to "correct" it. This is 100% documented on the service order. We were told the recall evaluation would take 2 hours, but I guess that changes when your competence is at or near the lowest level. The service writers kept telling us they "hadn't gotten to it yet" and (later) "were trying to find the correct software download and talking to Ford support, but after 3 hours of waiting, we suspected something else was going on. This all occurred on Friday afternoon, and eventually we were told that the car wasn't running and they would need to order a module that would be there by Monday. Anyone can make a mistake, but owning it and what you do about the mistake is what's important. AutoNation never owned it. Essentially, they believe, because they got the vehicle started, 4 days later, that the issues they caused were corrected. What was really unbelievable is the Service Manager bragged to me about how they replaced a module for free, AFTER THEY CAUSED THE FAILURE by uploading incorrect software!! By the way, before they even got to the recall evaluation, while my son and I were in the waiting room, they presented me with a report (that I did not request) detailing issues they claim the vehicle has, and presented me a cost estimate of $2,864.44. What a terrible experience. There is so much more to this story including 3 written evaluations/opinions; (2 from Ford dealers service departments, and 1 from an independent ASE certified shop), all of whom I paid to physical inspect and drive the vehicle, and not one of the 3 believe the resulting failures are a coincidence, regardless of AutoNation's claim that these issues were preexisting. Each of the 3 overwhelmingly believe the failures subsequent to the vist to AutoNation were caused by corruption of the internal software of most likely "several control modules including the ECM." We have learned a great deal about control modules for modern-day cars in the past week, and AutoNation at Broadway and County Line Rd. in Littleton CO, will hear the rest of this sad story from someone other than me soon. What a group of charlatans! More
Really personable and helpful! !! Took way too long though - I was there from 1pm to 7pm. I would have rated them a 5star, except for the length of time I was waiting around. !!
