She did not play hard core sales tactics games with us but rather told us exactly what the price is and helped us find a way to make the payments work for our stretched budget. She was knowledgeable about the car and made us feel very comfortable about the safety features considering this is a car for our teenage daughter who will sometimes be driving our special needs son. I have never met a sales person who was so knowledgeable yet personable, like a trusted family member.
