Overall the experience was good. I wasn't happy with what I was offered for my trade initially. I also feel like the price of the vehicle was a little too high. I would not recommend using this dealership because they are not trustworthy nor honest. We entered into a purchase agreement for a car that apparently had been sold 5 days prior. Finally, after asking a few times where our car was - he finally admitted that they did not have it. We are hard working people who just wanted a car to replace our 15 year old truck. Overall, a horrible experience and DO NOT GO TO GO COURTESY FORD! More
