My son was killed in a motorcycle accident and the car I was trading in was his. From the time we got there to the time we drove off in our brand new Edge, they were very respectful of my feelings. My husband and I went to Denver from Colorado Springs to a dealer ship that claimed they had a Ford Freestyle we had seen on the internet. We spoke to them 2 days in a row and were told it was available. When we arrived, they claimed the vehicle had been sold a few days prior, but they had another one newer and more expensive. Not only were we lied to, but we felt we were treated poorly and given the run around! After leaving, we just happened on Go Courtesy Ford and were approached by Ray Loghmani. Ray was to the point, informative, helpful!!! Ray showed us the Freestyle that we purchased, and it was much better a vehicle and better priced then the other dealership!!! Received my incredible 2012 Mustang GT last week from GO Courtesy Ford. Ordered it in March after test driving 2011 V6 & V8 Mustangs and meeting the most helpful and friendly salesman Tony Upton. During the long wait for my Mustang to be built and delivered, Tony kindly answered my pleas for status and diligently let me know when he received news. Upon delivery and receipt, Tony efficiently arranged the deal and Nick Sandberg (in Finance) made the process painless and encouraging; they handed over the keys and sent me cruising in no time. Days later going back to the Service Dept. to have options installed on my GT, received courteous treatment and professional service from everyone but specifically Juan. Juan is top notch when it comes to customer service. Great experience from this dealership. Made my decision to buy from them easy and made it even easier for the future because I know now where to GO for the next purchase. More
I bought a 98 Ford Contour from Go Courtesy Ford. Two weeks after that the car started showing severe transmission problems. At first I called and didnt get a call back. I ended up submitting negative re weeks after that the car started showing severe transmission problems. At first I called and didnt get a call back. I ended up submitting negative reviews online and a week later I did get a call from Robert one of the managers at Go. He was willing to help, I took the car in, the dealership provided me with a rental paid by them for about 2 weeks (the duration of the repairs). The dealership replaced the transmission at a discounted rate and covered half of that price as well. I still ended up spending money on it but considering the alternative it was a satisfactory solution. Special thanks to Robert for stepping up and providing good cutomer service! More
I had an appointment to test drive a Titan on 5/21 and the salesman who was selling the truck wasn't around. Since he's the only person with a key to this truck, I was unable to look at it. This is our third vechile we have bought from Courtesy and also worked with Gil for all of them. We wouldnt go anywhere else. Courtesy has been there for me since my first car back in 1987. I was shoping around for my first car and was not having any luck. Then I went to Courtesy Ford and met car salesmen Paul Dayton. He didnt come up and attack me with car ideas. We went to Go Courtesy Ford with the intention of trading in our three vehicles (a 2008 F350, a 07 Expedition EL and an 07 Taurus) for two; ultimately we wanted to decrease our total monthly payments. We kn in our three vehicles (a 2008 F350, a 07 Expedition EL and an 07 Taurus) for two; ultimately we wanted to decrease our total monthly payments. We knew we wanted a car and had to have a truck to pull our 25 foot travel trailer. Kevin and Robert worked hard to get to know us as individuals (not just customers, but individuals), our situation and our goals. They then helped us find vehicles that we liked as well as met our needs while keeping within the payment range that we needed to be in. The GSM actually set down with us and worked up different payment options on a variety of vehicles so we could see what our options were; a level of personalized service that we have never experienced before at any car dealership. It was obvious that he not only wanted to sell a car, he wanted to sell us a car and have payments that we would not only be happy with, but comfortable with. Kevin showed us all of the vehicles that we were interested in. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to demonstrate their functionality without any hesitation. We ended up landing on a 2011 Ford Fusion and a 2011 Super Duty. The vehicles that we purchased we sold to us at just above invoice, plus we got all factory rebates. Once we got in to finance, Nick showed us all of our options for extended warranties and sold us warranties at competitive prices. Just like Kevin and Robert did prior, Nick personalized the service he gave to meet our specific needs. I drive 30k miles a year; he recommended an extended warranty that would cover the car until 120K miles and sold it to us at a price which was less than the original 100k warranty. We also purchased an extended warranty on the Super Duty. We were in and out of finance in little to no time and felt good about the decisions we made. During the vehicle delivery, Kevin again went through the functionality of the vehicles and went over the owners manual and warranty information with us. He gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call him with any questions/concerns that we had with the vehicles. He also set up our sync accounts for us online and synced our phones to the vehicles. At 11:00 PM we finally left the dealership (they closed at 9), all of us exhausted, but at no point did we ever feel like we were a "bother" for keeping Kevin, Robert and Nick well past closing time. Most dealerships are in it for one thing, to make a huge profit (to see how much they can gross). While Go is a business and they are there to make money, we felt that they had our best interest in mind. From start to finish, sales to finance, Kevin, Robert and Nick worked hard to exceed our expectations and make the car buying experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible (the fact that I use the term "enjoyable" speaks strongly about our experience as we normally dread the car buying process). Normally after you purchase a vehicle (not to mention, two), you end up having "buyers remorse" two days after you take the vehicles home. You have time to process the investment/commitment that you made and wonder if you made the right choices. This is far from how we feel about our experience at Go and the vehicles that we purchased. We LOVE our Fusion and our Super Duty and the financial commitment/obligation is something that we are comfortable with. Not only did Kevin, Robert and Nick sell two vehicles to a couple of "customers", they made friends and loyal customers for life... Thanks guys! Chris and Mike More

On Monday May 30th, I went down to Go Courtesy Ford in Littleton, Colorado in search of a vehicle that was listed as being on their lot on Autotrader.com. I had spoken with one of their sales reps, Paul D Littleton, Colorado in search of a vehicle that was listed as being on their lot on Autotrader.com. I had spoken with one of their sales reps, Paul Dayton, regarding the car I was interested in on the previous Friday. The day of me purchasing the car, I worked closely with Paul and the finance dept to get me into the vehicle I was interested in. Paul went to great lengths to make sure that I was taken care of. He worked out all the details with the car and made sure that i didn't walk out the door disatisfied.
