But just as much the service we have received, the signing of the paperwork is not the end of a business transaction but the beginning of a continuous professional and concerning relationship. We are remembered by name and always asked about how things are going for us as well as with our vehicle. Going to the dealership is always a pleasant experience; oil changes and tire rotations are quick and thorough, no long waits, Gabe does a great job. Antonio always follows up on any issues, had a minor glitch in our service agreement which was resolved immediately. It is definitley a positive experience to work with this staff. Final update: the new car passed independent inspection just fine, and we're very happy with the resolution of this whole fiasco. We're happy with the new car and satisfied with the resolution to the issues we've had. Special thanks to Tony Upton for working so hard to make sure this ended well! Update: We took the car back under the 3-day money back guarantee. The dealership said they couldn't fix the car and guarantee its reliability, so they did offer to pay for an outside inspection on any car we did choose to buy instead and offered us two-years of free oil changes and tire rotations on that car. We felt that was a fair deal and did purchase another used car. Assuming that our inspection comes back clean on this one, we feel that they did a good job taking responsibility and trying to make up for the time we wasted on the first car purchase. Tony Upton in particular was very helpful and attentive all the way through our purchase and in making sure we were happy before we left. Original review: Our visit started out very well. We loved our sales rep Tony Upton, who was friendly, very helpful, very informative, and very responsive even though we were buying one of their cheaper cars. The problems, though, began during the test drive. My husband test drove an 02 Subaru Outback. Its brake and battery lights came on almost immediately, and by the time he returned to the lot, the whole car was dying. Tony said he was almost certain it was the alternator and that it would definitely be fixed if we decided we wanted the car. Went back the next day as the dealer said car had been fixed. Tony said mechanic checked it and found it was just a defective battery. My husband test drove again and brake and battery lights still came on, but we were assured it was simply a superficial problem with the indicator lights and everything had been checked. The alternator was fine, they said. So as the carfax report checked out, we went ahead with the sale but told them we'd be getting an outside inspection and would return the car under their 3-day money back guarantee if problems were found. We were told that we didn't need to do the inspection as they already had and the car had passed. We still felt we should given the problems we'd already seen and the fact that the indicator lights were on. And boy were there problems. Turns out the alternator has no output at all. The left front axle leaks. The head gasket leaks. We have a long list of problems that would cost over $3,000 to fix. It would be about $1,000 to just make it safe to drive. We called Tony, who, again, was very responsive even on his day off, but he couldn't tell us whether or not they'd be able to fix it and somehow compensate us for the time and inconvenience we'd spent. Now we have to take the car in *again* tomorrow for them to evaluate and see whether or not they'll fix it. I will update again once we know for sure whether or not the dealership will make this right. More
Liz Welker was unlike any sales person I've ever met. She was friendly and helpful from the first and worked hard to find me a car that would fit in my budget. I live out of state and had a representative work with Dan Cutter. Dan was wonderful to work with in person and remotely. He went out of his way to communicate with my agent and me. That said, my overall experience is rated as only "good", due to my dealings with the business office. After being treated so well by the sales staff, it was frustrating to experience un-returned phone calls and emails, faxes were not received and the initial paperwork had errors. I was able to work with someone else when I finalized the paperwork, but there were important items that had been incorrectly noted, like the odometer reading. Enough said. I feel the price was fair, though it would be hard for me to say "great". Perhaps if the extended warranty was included, I could say "great". But I felt it was quite fair for a cash sale. More

Best experience I have ever had buying a Truck! I told Dan what I wanted over the phone then asked him to pick out 2 or 3 trucks for me to look at and when I arrived he was ready and waiting for me.
