I special-ordered a new Ford F-150 from AutoNation Ford Littleton, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Before I even took delivery, the truck was damaged by the dealership. They attempted a re Littleton, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Before I even took delivery, the truck was damaged by the dealership. They attempted a repair before final delivery, but it was poorly executed and hasn’t held up. Despite multiple requests for a proper repair—one that involves replacing a low-cost item—they have refused, even though the truck is still under warranty. This refusal to address the issue shows a lack of commitment to customer service and accountability. As a result, they’ve lost my business permanently. I will no longer trust AutoNation Ford Littleton with my truck for maintenance or planned custom upgrades. I’ve also discouraged two potential buyers from going to this dealership and will continue sharing my story to ensure others avoid the same treatment. In short, do not buy from AutoNation Ford Littleton. If they can save a few dollars at the expense of their customers, they will. Look elsewhere for a dealership that values integrity and long-term relationships. More
