REDEMTION! !!!!!! I was beyond hesitant about bringing my vehicle back for a service check after my first visit a few weeks back. But the Sales manager and my co !!!!!! I was beyond hesitant about bringing my vehicle back for a service check after my first visit a few weeks back. But the Sales manager and my cool Service Adviser T. Crook made things right by me. Not only did I bring my car in for the inquiry that I had about my clutch, but I also had an issue with my passenger side window as well. I was hesitant about even bringing it up, but I did. My advisor assured me that they'd look carefully at my transmission and also ensure that the window was taken care of. They kept my vehicle for a week and made sure that I got it in return with all issues resolved. When I returned for my vehicle the following Monday, my advisor greeted me and told me they'd get me in and out after doing a walk around of my loaner. The transaction was seamless and quick. he explained to me all that was done and reassured me that the Stivers Service team would do better in the future. That was extremely confronting because I really did not want to find another Ford dealership lol. I appreciate this team now and hope that the Customer - Service Advisor trust will continue for us in the future. #Mustard Thanks Again for the awesome work. More

I came into the dealership after they told me the vehicle was there. Once there it was determined the vehicle was not in stock. The dealership then offered me an excellent price in writing and ask me to wait was there. Once there it was determined the vehicle was not in stock. The dealership then offered me an excellent price in writing and ask me to wait to get it shipped there. In the mean time I stopped looking/pursuing other vehicles. I immediately went to purchase the day the vehicle was shipped to this location. I was then told the dealership couldn't honor the price. After going around and around with them, they agreed to honor the price but then worked to lower the price of the communicated trade in amount. Then I talked to another individual that agreed to the trade in amount but then would not honor the negotiated price. This is a clear case of BAIT AND SWITCH/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The dealership then followed up with the response below to make it seem like they wanted to remedy. I reached out immediately after via the email specified and never heard back. The digital manager finally followed up with me only to tell me the gm's talked and would not honor the deal or do anything to make it right Months later, I continuously get spam from this dealership even after asking them multiple times to remove me from their mailing list More
I recently made a visit to the service department. I informed my service advisor about the headlights not working (turn signals-hazards) and I also informed him of a clutch like smell. Something that had an electrical smell that I was worried about. I asked them to do a diagnostics test because I just purchased the vehicle and I needed the dealer to know what needed to be fixed. They told me that they would need the vehicle for two days. Two days later... my service advisor called and told me that the service was complete and that the smell was my clutch. When I arrived at the dealership, he told me that the headlights were fixed. I asked him about the diagnostics test and he responded saying that they didn't do it. I was beyond puzzled because thats something I specifically asked for. He told that it would have cost me and suggested that I take it back to the dealer I bought it from. The downside about that is that I bought the vehicle in Columbus, Ga and I did not want to make a trip or even worse... they have to keep the car and I not have transportation back to my home in Fairburn, Ga. I was visibly irritated and just left. I put it behind me and decided to call the service department back to set up an appointment. This time I spoke with the "manager" of the service department... and explained my situation. He told me that he would give me a call back, and he never did. This is my first Ford vehicle and the departments I have dealt with have really left a bad taste in my mouth so far. Im hoping I can get this situation with my vehicle fixed. This is the closest Ford to my home. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone. Not sure why the service department is ran like this- but they need a change ASAP. (They kept my car for 2 days to fix headlights) More

I bought a used 2024 Ford F-150 from Stivers Ford. The purchasing process was a very simple process. I bought the vehicle over the internet and thought everything went well. Once the truck was delivered, the delivery driver told me the dealership only gave him one key fob. He said he has started to notice this happening more and more. I asked the salesperson (Ciera Phoenix) about the missing second key. I was told they didn't know if it had one. I asked the salesperson about the tray style floor mats, and she assured me they would be put back in once the vehicle goes through detail. The mats were not included. As I started to get the truck setup, the keyless entry on the door was locked and needed the factory code included with the truck manual, which the truck did not come with either. The dealership has so far been unwilling to work with me on these items, I know it's a used vehicle, but I should at least be able to get into it through the keyless entry. I was told I would have to go to my local Ford dealership and have them get the factory code so I could get the keyless entry system to work, at my cost. The only thing the truck came with was a key fob. This dealership was very proactive during the sales process, but service after the sale is very poor. More
