30K mile scheduled service. 1. Took 2.5+ hours. 2. Had $15.00 discount coupon presented when I signed the service pad. Service advisor took the coupon. Not credited that I can find. Brand new (10 days) and freshly hand waxed Mustang convertible taken in due to a bent bracket on the soft top leaving a huge seal gap creating wind noise and letting in water. After all day I was informed that I needed to leave it overnight to investigate water leaking in the cabin above the accelerator. When I returned the following afternoon to pick up the vehicle it was covered in sun-baked water spots. I asked why and I was told that I had to request a wash. What?! The car came in gleaming and I somehow needed to request it be returned in the same condition? The convertible top gap was better, but not repaired fully and there is still a gap in the window seal. I was told that they bent it the best they could. Why it wasn't replaced is beyond me. Absolutely no resolution on water in the cabin. I was given the condensation excuse. Considering my other options for future service. More
