Dianna was responsive to texts so this is no knock on her at all. Just be prepared. I had major trans failure while towing my airstream from key west home to NJ, and limped in without any appointment Jigna was awesome on the intake and got us in and looked at by the trans tech within a few hours. They were great and let me keep the trailer there. Took three weeks for the rebuild and parts these guys got me full ford coverage for 5k worth of work. Jigna fell I’ll and dianna stepped in like a champ. Super friendly and responsive and got the job done right. Sean the service tech seems to have done great work 500 miles in but only time will tell. All in all great experience given the headache situation I had. But I will say it again per other commenters - the service phones ring off the hook and they just don’t answer them. When you’re 1500 miles away facing a huge repair and try to keep a bead on things, that’s super frustrating. Hats off to Dianna Jigna and Sean for a great job. More

You squeezed me in on Christmas Eve morning, fixing a flat and rotating my tires. You told me you weren't sure when you could get to it, and hour later I was on the road. Always a pleasure at this location. Jeramy, Steve Vinti and the rest of the North crew are always accommodating and do all they can to solve an issue. I don't know all the names of the other techs but they and the rest of the North crew are always accommodating and do all they can to solve an issue. I don't know all the names of the other techs but they try really hard for the customer. Bought my 97 t-bird off the showcase and have been going there with other cars since the middle eighties. Would recommend this group to anyone. More
Diana and the techs onsite were phenomenal. I brought in for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Diana worked with the Mechanics to ensure I would be front-of- for a service recall but was told I would not be able to get it done in time for work. Went to service department on 12/11 for oil pan service and talked to Jigna Sh , service advisor…. She said we’re short on people today ( Saturday) but we’ll check the truck on Monday and I’ll let you know and talked to Jigna Sh , service advisor…. I was waiting for her to call me back till Thursday, so after 5 days I went over there in person to check what’s going on and I talked to David ( service advisor who helped me out and I appreciate his support) and after I explained to him what’s going on he said that Jigna was sick for like a week and he found my papers on her desk because she didn’t put in the system my truck for service and didn’t tell no one …. So I waited and rented a car for 5 extra days just because she didn’t put a service ticket for my truck More
