AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park - Service Center

I am still waiting. Have called Daily for 2 weeks. Had to get car back because I needed it and repair didn’t prevent use. Absolutely terrible service! I dropped off my truck in Sept 2021 for Cam Phasers to be changed. Spent almost $4,000 then picked up the truck and it had white smoke coming back. Took it back they said Oxygen Sensors paid $430.00 picked it up and still same problem. They have had the truck for four months. They said oh the original job may have been bad cam phasers changed. By the way no rental or anything in the mean time. I have been with no truck for four months. They did that and now they said additional $5,000 for turbos changed. Four months later and I am picking up the truck in worse condition with a problem that it never had to begin with. I will never buy another Ford again and I would never ever recommend them again. Awful customer service and all they do is process of elimination and mess up things even more! More

My service rep has gone above and beyond ensuring that i was aware of delays in parts on order. She was outstanding as for the fix the part that was replaced did not fix my issue, I still intermittently get was aware of delays in parts on order. She was outstanding as for the fix the part that was replaced did not fix my issue, I still intermittently get a blue screen, black screen or flickering on my cameras, additionally When this happens I get a message on the screen that brake assist is not available see manual which when I try that fix it stills gives me the message. More

I had an appointment at 10:30 never received a call as to the findings of my car. I decided to head there at 4:30, my car had not been looked at nor did I get a call I was given my car back with no care in t the findings of my car.
