I have used this dealer for over 5 years for all of my service work and I will not be back to this dealer again. Doesn’t communicate, didn’t fix my issues or communicate that they were not fixed after hav service work and I will not be back to this dealer again. Had to have my battery replaced. Got a price quote from Ford. Thought it was too high. Checked with auto parts store and they quoted almost same price. I have received very good service there since purchasing my Escape there in 2015. Ashley was the service rep who handled my battery replacement. She is efficient and very courteous. More

Even though it took six weeks to get my car back, I was very pleased with Ashley in the Service Dept. She kept me up to date and finally got things moving after getting a supervisor involved. My car is a 2017 Lincoln MKC with 60K miles and the engine failed. Ford replaced the engine under my extended warranty. It did however take two weeks before a technician was available to work on it and I think they need to hire more techs or work on better time management of vehicles that have been there the longest ! Overall, I would bring my car back here as long as Ashley is the advisor ! More

Ranae Whitehead and her team are one of the best! She got me in even though they were already at capacity and was able to service my car when the engine light came on.
