The communication between parts department and service department is non-existent. Nobody knows what is going on. I went into the parts department to order replacement parts for my Ford Explorer and w department is non-existent. Nobody knows what is going on. I went into the parts department to order replacement parts for my Ford Explorer and was given the part number and cost of the parts and a print out of the part, the part number and the cost of the parts. I was recommended to have Ford Dealership do the installation as there are special tools needed so I won't break anything if I tried to do the installation myself. Walked over to the service department, showed them the print out from the parts department which was in stock at the location and scheduled the appointment for the following week on November 21. The car was kept over night and picked it up on November 22. The invoice given to me I was shocked as the parts on the print out from the part department was $113.77 for each part x 4 = 455.08 plus labor / service for the removal and replacement was $164.99. Total expectation of $620.07 before sales tax which based on the amount I approved the service center to proceed. When I arrived to pickup the car the parts charges were $816.99 NOT $455.08 and miscellaneous charge of $65.00 whatever that is as no description on the invoice for it. The service charge was correct at $164.99 The total invoice was $1019.94 and I was shocked. I have all the paperwork to show for the parts and service cost and the person at the desk said I need to contact the service manager which wasn't there at the time I picked up my car. I attempted to contact the service manager 3 times and left voicemails which he never called back once to speak with me. I am NOT happy about the experience I received at the service center. Until this day NO ONE has contacted me. More
The people I deal with when getting service at this dealership always take such good care of me!! They are friendly and helpful. And, considering what was time, my regular service, blinker repair, and the recall still only took 2 hours. And, he had the car run through the car was too! The waiting area was comfortable. More
