When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after service, the advisor Jessica, handed me my key, asked me if I knew where my vehicle was parked and had me go get it. Prepaid service plan on electric cars defaults to include oil changes. For vehicles without oil. Service department knows about this and brings it to the attention of customers. However management is not seeking to correct the oversite with customers. They are waiting to see if customers have an issue with prepaid oil changes that will never occur. Also had to remind finance about the original deposit to have it applied at the time of purchase. Management is quick to pat themselves on the back for quickly addressing issues. But the customer has to be willing to raise and identify them first. More
