The work done was fine but communication was lacking. We made an appointment at 7am and dropped the vehicle off the night before. By 2pm I had not heard anything. I called back and left a message for the advisor to call me. No call back. Finally at 5pm I called again and was told the vehicle was ready and I had to try to get there by 6:30pm to pick it up. More

Brought my car in for a safety recall and oil change. All scheduled work was completed on time. Service department discovered a second recall notice that needed attention. The issue with this location is they seem to always overbook. I always drop off a day Early and it has never fails, I calls to see if its ready at the end of the day they say it will be done and it ne overbook. I called never can get anyone to answer or call me back go to dealership that evening and was told not done , they stated they had to many unit couldnt get to it. No suggestion as to when they could get to it so I just took my car home parked in driveway afraid to continue to drive because it state safety recall!! More

I went to the new Lincoln Service Center at Auto Nation Ford on Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. This new building had just opened a few days ago. Everything is so nice and new and it is just Ford on Blanding Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida. This new building had just opened a few days ago. I waited in this gorgeous new show room while my oil was being changed. The whole process took under an hour. My car was returned to me all clean and washed. What great service! More
