I bought my F250 from another dealer and have always taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided t taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided to call AutoNation in Katy. Brandon Diaz said “come in tomorrow and I’ll try to finish in the same day”. He did not disappoint! I even requested some major maintenance be completed as well. Not only was the service fast, it was much closer to my home! Brandon called me a few days later to make sure it was all running smoothly. Great work! More

In general this is a fair place to take your car and get serviced if you want. On other side the service could better, I’m encouraging the mechanic to be more job performance lover because the item at th serviced if you want.
