Dropped my Truck off for some service work. Buddy is my Advisor, but was busy so Austin jumped in to get me taken care of. I would like to have a little more communication as the job progressed, but understand I'm not the only Customer with a vehicle in the Shop. I was a little surprised when picking up when it was completed and finding my tan colored all weather mat on the driver's side covered with grease. Austin was very apologetic when I showed him but I opted to take care of it myself. I would think there was some find of quality control before Re-Delivery. More
Dealer would not replace front spoiler underskirt that was torn about 8 inches in on left and right side, or drop 200 on the price because if it. Would only be a matter of time before the pieces were long enough to be run over by front wheels, tearing the entire skirt off and maybe damaging other parts of the front spoiler. He did remove it totally. Also, tried to plan ahead and came from credit union with a BlazeCheck for the car and found it wasn't accepted for some reason, so had to drive back downtown for a cashiers check. So spent most of the day just working to purchase it. By the time I returned with cashiers check, the car still wasn't prepped(fueled up, tags removed, windows cleaned). Another 1.5 hrs of waiting. Its like there was no trust I was actually going to finish the sale, even with great credit rating. More
The Service Manager, Don, has helped me a few times and is excellent. He is very nice and sees to it that my Explorer is taken care of correctly and quickly. I stopped in for a problem without an appoint is excellent. He is very nice and sees to it that my Explorer is taken care of correctly and quickly. Service center is not honest or reputable. The manager Henry was no help when we discovered an oil leak after we had to take it to another shop. AutoNation Ford Katy did an engine diagnostics and we were told it was bad motor mounts. Took it to another shop and found it was an oil leak causing the fail. When We called Henry at Fors about it he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. This should have been seen during an engine diagnosis. After reviewing them on google we were told they would not help us further. Completely unprofessional and not recommended. More
