My wife and I purchased a new Explorer in 2018 and purchased the oil changes at that time. My wife does not drive much and the vehicle only has 30K miles on it. When I went in to have her oil change purchased the oil changes at that time. My wife does not drive much and the vehicle only has 30K miles on it. When I went in to have her oil changed on Saturday November 2, 2024 I was told the oil changes had expired in December 2023. I purchased these oil changes so they should never expire. The service tech said that how it was and that I would have to discuss this with the finance manager. He also told me that an oil change would cost me $120 if I wanted it done. Needless to say I told him no. I will be contacting the finance manager and whomever is in change of the dealership. This is horrible customer service. More

Emailed and txted a Quote for 12k for a trade in on my Ram Pickup. I got to the dealership and and they test drove the car and gave me a different off 40% of the written offer. I do not ask for much, but integrity, trust and staight forwardness is big with me. This experience was completely negative and they were not willing to honor their initial offer. More
