All the dealings that we have had with the dealership have been fantastic. Every individual that we've talked to has been knowledgeable and professional. We had to bring our new F150 in because it kept f have been fantastic. Every individual that we've talked to has been knowledgeable and professional. We had to bring our new F150 in because it kept failing to start. Once we were able to finally get the truck started and made our way to the dealership. Even though we didn't have an appointment we were greeted properly on arrival and they were able to work us. It seems whenever the temperature is over 107° within the cab the truck quits functioning completely. It was suggested that we put a new battery in the vehicle. That that could possibly be the problem. So that's what we did. Unfortunately that has not fixed the problem. This is happened several times More. Unfortunately trying to get my husband to bring the vehicle back in to try to figure out what the problem is is problematic. When we were speaking to the service department there was a gentleman there that said that he had 1 other customer that that had happened to. I would like to know if there has been a fixed to this problem. And if we can possibly get that fixed taking care of on our vehicle. I have to say that everyone was very professional and respectable in the service department. More
