bought truck. $12000 above MSRP for used vehicle with 5000 miles on it. took delivery and found items listed missing. dealer informed and said tough xxxx. kept me $12000 above MSRP for used vehicle with 5000 miles on it. took delivery and found items listed missing. dealer informed and said tough xxxx. kept me hanging until money back guarantee expired . only saving grace salesman claims he will make good on replacing missing items we will see if he comes through More

Jose Suarez made it a point to keep me updated with what was going on with my car. I initially hadn't planned on making a purchase was really just checking things out. As an individual who has personally been in sales for over 35 yrs I tend to look for a certain level of interaction and service. If I walk into an establishment and you don't seem to concerned about helping I want waste my time nor energy, I'll simply keep it moving. The whole process with ANF started with a phone call from Jose and 4 dealerships later. Finding my Lexus was like finding a needle in a hay stack but they made it happen. Once my Lexus was delivered I noticed a little damage, I made a call got a quick response and the issue was handled. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jose Suarez to help find your next vehicle. More
