I walked in wanting to test drive a truck to see how I’d feel in one. My previous vehicle was totaled after hitting a deer so I was looking for a vehicle that I’d feel secure in. Bobby was my salesperson an feel in one. My previous vehicle was totaled after hitting a deer so I was looking for a vehicle that I’d feel secure in. Bobby was my salesperson and he did an excellent job at listening to my needs and finding me a truck that had the features I was looking for. I was in love with the truck I test drove and Bobby worked with the finance team to get me a great deal. The finance person who was working alongside Bobby to get the numbers just right was also amazing at working with me and making sure I was satisfied with the APR and monthly payments. Overall, I had a great experience. More

We set up a test drive for two trucks a couple of WEEKS ahead of time with Byron N. When I got there, I was told that Byron had randomly taken off that day (that HE set up as the test drive appointment!), ahead of time with Byron N. When I got there, I was told that Byron had randomly taken off that day (that HE set up as the test drive appointment!), for his kid’s birthday! So I got up early on a Saturday to drive over 40 minutes in traffic, only to find no one ready to drive with me! Now, I think parents usually know all year when their kid’s birthday is, so either Byron forgot his kids birthday, or he never intended to drive with me. Finally Mike came back to tell me the trucks were gone, which someone could have called us about! Mike offered me a chance to drive other trucks, but at that time, I had to get to the next lot for another planned test drive. Overall, this was a lousy experience, but Mike was did his best, so that star is for him. More
