I dropped the car off for a minor issue (usb port not charging) and after over a week I got it back worse off with the check engine light on and black greasy hand prints all over the car. From the top down, Service department is absolutely terrible. Service Advisor Daniel D'Larenti and Manager Henry Sanchez were especially rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only can this dealership not do simple repairs properly, but instead of the staff treating customers with respect they blame customers for their mistakes and offer HORRIBLE service, both to people and vehicles. We've purchased multiple cars from them now. Certain things went well this time like getting through the paperwork quickly since we paid cash, but a negative this time around was then letting u Certain things went well this time like getting through the paperwork quickly since we paid cash, but a negative this time around was then letting us have the car. We bought it from the used lot on a Saturday afternoon, but said we couldn't take it home that day due to needing to do a few final inspection checks first and get it detailed. Few days went by with no contact so we reached out and they said it wasn't ready yet. Checked again a couple days later and same response. When Friday came around (6 days) we called and almost demanded they let us get the car, which they obliged and said they'd have it ready in 5 hours. When we got there and they pulled the car around, there was no evidence of anything having been done. The spare tire and jack was still lying out loose in the trunk, which they had said they would get mounted back in place almost a week before. Also noticed some dents and flaws we hadn't noticed the week before, but that was probably just a miss on our part. Anyways, really not sure what all was going on. More

I didn't have an appointment, but my check engine light came on so I drove on over. Everyone was kind and checked real quick and found I needed new battery. Steven Yee was especially helpful.
