every was kind and did their job just sad that more effort and payment plans were not discussed when talking of extended warranty, if I was offered a affordable monthly payment plan I would have consid effort and payment plans were not discussed when talking of extended warranty, if I was offered a affordable monthly payment plan I would have considered this and upset a better knowledge of car was not known by salesman, and that a crack in windshield plus who knows what else was not found by seller, it does not cost a lot to fix a windshield, also if they are going to replace radio information could be provided on operation. Sam was quick to get rid of me with out getting a good answer at least about radio?? More
