Had a good experience finding a car, taking it for a test drive and starting the buying process. I was told that they give you five days or 250 miles to make sure you love the car. Come to find out they never updated the mileage and so I almost got stuck with a car with many issues that my mechanic found. When I called to get all of this straightened out as I have proof of the mileage when I took possession of the car Mike, one of the sales managers, was very rude to me on the phone and when I told him one of his sales guy said I could bring it back he spoke to me in a loud voice and told me it didn’t matter what they said to me, that he is the one in charge. They ended up giving me a refund on the car but I would never do business with them in the future. I also reached out to Mike’s manager and left him a message but he never got back in touch with me. Everything seems good upfront but if you have any issues they get very defensive and try to blame you for what is going on. I will personally stay away from them and not do business with them in the future, or any AutoNation dealership. More

My salesman Rod is great. He worked really hard to get me what I wanted on my new truck. and to get me the best price on trade and my new vehicle. Only thing I would recommend is to try and improve the finan what I wanted on my new truck. and to get me the best price on trade and my new vehicle.
