Always the guy who help me is telling me that the time fir the service is to long. Once he told me 2 or 3 DAYS for a recall notice; He doesn’t have a loner vehicle for recalls (he said) I have ti rent a c fir the service is to long. Other time I call to do the state inspection and they told me the waiting time between 3 and 4 hours, I did it in other place, it took 15 minutes, and Yesterday I brought my car to oil change, I had an appointment early in the morning, the same guy told me that it was going to take between 2 and 4 hours… again? So I decide to have and Uber and go home, 45 minutes later, text message.. it is ready. I can not understand why they need to do that, but it is not a good thing. Sorry guys you have you improve this from your representative. More

Sales man Jerry Simmons was great, however the finance part of my visit wasn’t as great, finance person was very persistent and did not know what the word no….!!! meant…had to ask him to please stop after part of my visit wasn’t as great, finance person was very persistent and did not know what the word no….!!! meant…had to ask him to please stop after he kept trying to sell me the extended warranty on new truck I felt pressured to buy Warranty. I took my vehicle in for a scheduled service at 7am. After we have had a quick inspection of the vehicle, I mentioned that I will need my vehicle by 12pm at latest. I understand that it’s holiday and yo After we have had a quick inspection of the vehicle, I mentioned that I will need my vehicle by 12pm at latest. I understand that it’s holiday and you are understaffed. But after 5 hours, no update, when I called in, the technician Dustin Thomas was no where to be found, by 1pm, someone was able to locate him and put him on the phone, he said still need to check, so he needed to walk over to the shop and check with suspense person, but that took way too long. By the time he got back to me, we were late for a family event, we had to rush our way to downtown. Overall, my experience this time was terrible. Communicate was terrible, unprofessional. More
